What you’ll do as Sr. Paid Search Analyst:

  • Research, implement, and optimize paid search efforts, including PPC search, GDN, and YouTube.
  • Consistently generate new experiments to improve paid search efforts
  • Conduct in-depth analyses and deliver actionable insights that push the business forward
  • Implement a test and learn process to improve efficiency and drive growth. Including, but not limited to ad copy, audiences, keywords, bid strategies, and landing pages
  • Build and optimize the entire funnels with a thorough understanding of LTV, ROAS and CAC, not just the initial acquisition of new customers/users.
  • Work closely with the Head of Growth to understand the overall acquisition strategy.
  • Report on core metrics with the ability to analyze performance and identify challenges and opportunities – lots of pivot tables and high-level communication from your reporting to other teams
  • Monitor and enhance customer/user acquisition and activation performance.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 3+ years of hands-on paid search experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Expertise with audience research processes and tools such as Google Ads Editor, Google keyword planner, SEMRush
  • Strong data analytics and Microsoft Excel skills (SQL experience preferred but optional)
  • Extreme attention to detail and a curious mind
  • Expert knowledge of SEM, and the dynamics of SEM channels
  • Extensive understanding of the digital advertising space, not just SEM
  • Proficient with SEM reporting and analytical tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of keyword research.
  • Expertise in conceiving, testing, and optimizing ad copy
