Branded Research, Inc. seeks a high impact, mid-level Marketing Professional to help lead Branded’s marketing efforts. You will play key roles in continuing the development and overseeing the integration of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies for the company. The ideal candidate will blend strategic and analytical thinking with tactical, data-driven execution. This role is responsible for managing all marketing, social media, and public relations to support Branded products, brand awareness, and brand reputation. You will report to and work directly with Branded’s Marketing and Insights Director to create and promote impactful content that drives leads for our sales team.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of B2B Marketing experience, ideally with a prior role in customer satisfaction.

High-Level Expectations

  • Develop, implement and execute a strategic marketing program to support Branded products in the marketplace
  • Support the sales team with materials and resources to promote Branded as a thought leader and trusted advisor in the industry
  • Serve as press point-of-contact and cultivate press relationships
  • Serve as a marketing thought leader within the organization, proactively implementing new and cutting-edge marketing strategies

Job Functions and Responsibilities


  • Social Media Management of all Branded accounts including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams on materials to support launch of new features and/or products
  • Curate, build and send weekly newsletter using content from the Branded Blog
  • Strategize, create and distribute dynamic campaigns to drive new leads to sales
  • Help with lead management in CRM from white paper, case study or use case downloads
  • Distribute support materials on new products, features and insights to sales team
  • Coordinate conferences/events as necessary – materials, booths & Branded swag
  • Manage all Industry Directory Listings ensuring up-to-date content and regularly submitting thought leadership pieces
  • Write and distribute Press Releases as needed
  • Cultivate press relationships and pitch to press outlets
  • Proactively explore and implement new marketing and outreach tactics
  • Responsible for tracking marketing results
  • Develop strategic plans to drive success


  • Social Media Management of all Branded Surveys accounts including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Manage all user email campaigns.
  • Respond to Branded Surveys users reviews and suggestions.
  • Create and/or manage retention and win-back campaigns.


  • 5+ years B2B marketing experience (some B2C experience – nice to have)
  • Experience working at a market research or analytics firm
  • Reliance on data in decision making
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to proactively strategize, create, and support marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated knowledge in all Microsoft products, WordPress, CRM, EMP’s
  • Experience using Social Media Management software
  • Strong writing skills
