In the May 2018 edition of Branded’s Real Housewives tracker, we polled a sample of 521 viewers of Bravo’s Real Housewives series to find out who they love, who they hate and who they envy. We asked about only the women in the editions currently running – Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Real Housewives of New York City and Real Housewives of Potomac

Lisa Rinna is by far the most popular housewife across all editions. For the sixth month in a row, Lisa Rinna from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills topped the charts for “Most Loved Housewife”.  Viewers indicated they would love to trade lives with Lisa Vanderpump from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. And Ramona Singer from Real Housewives of New York City topped the charts for “Most Hated Housewife”.

Viewers share key insights with Branded on how they engage when watching the show. Most Real Housewives viewers tend to watch the show alone, with an additional 24 percent watching with their significant other and 11 percent watch with friends. Most viewers love the drama of the housewives, expressing they feel amused, happy and excited watching the show. Just over one-quarter of viewers don’t engage in any other activities while watching the show. And an additional 21 percent eat and 12 percent browse websites and apps while watching.
