Mr. Ricklefs joins Branded Research, Inc. with 20 years of executive experience developing high performance sales and channel organizations globally.

Mr. Ricklefs is currently the Managing Partner for Traction Advising where he helps technology companies to scale and prepare for acquisition. He is also a global advisor, coach, mentor and angel investor.

Previously, Mr. Ricklefs was a co-founder of FlexMinder, Inc. and served as CEO from 2012 to 2016 when the company was sold to Jellyvision. From 2007 to 2012, he served as the Group COO of Toluna plc helping the company to scale from $10M to $120M before being acquired by a private equity firm. Mr. Ricklefs also served as the CRO of GMI with responsibility for global sales and helped lead their 3-year 1,004% growth. Prior to GMI, Mr. Ricklefs served as Global Vice President of Channels and Business Manager at Rockwell Automation.
