Branded Research, Inc. Announces The Addition Of Emmanuel De Boucaud To Its Board Of Directors

SAN DIEGOFeb. 14, 2019 /PRNewswire/ — Branded Research, Inc., a leading insights and technology company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Emmanuel de Boucaud to its Board of Directors. Mr. de Boucaud joins Branded Research, Inc. with a 20 year track record of building and leading teams in the software and Internet technology segment.

Mr. de Boucaud’s operational leadership experience includes posts as CEO of ChatStat, EVP of KalioCommerce and Mitek Systems, and founding leader of Exec. of Cardiff Software (acquired by VRTY, now OTEX). There he was responsible for worldwide field operations where he stood up subsidiaries in Germany, the UK and Australia.

In 2017, Mr. de Boucaud formed IsleSail Partners, a boutique firm delivering strategy and financing advisory services to high growth B2B and consumer technology ventures. Previously, he spent four years as Partner at SWAY Ventures in La Jolla, California. Mr. de Boucaud also co-founded DaggerBoard Advisors, an executive advisory firm supporting venture firms and their portfolio companies. Throughout his career, he has helped over 70 high growth companies define monetization and business models, capitalization strategies, secure funding, scale operations and buy and sell side M&A transactions.
